We typically paint 8–12 faces per hour, depending on the design details. When booking, please allow enough time so everyone can enjoy being painted. We may have another event after yours, so we may not be able to stay beyond the scheduled time.

For large events, we can provide multiple experienced artists to accommodate sizable crowds efficiently. Please contact us by phone or email to inquire about school events or to arrange a team of artists for your event

We need a minimum of 6’W x 4’L of level space for One (1) Artist. We will be asking you to ensure there is a shaded area available in the daytime and/or a good lightening available in the night time for comfort of the artist and guests. Away from loud speakers so that we can communicate with guests. Usually it takes around 10-15 minutes to set up. For the big events we arrive to the venue 20-30 mins prior to the start time.

If cover for the artist is unavailable, they can provide their own tent for an additional fee of $75.

Please ensure a parking space is available for the artist near the venue. Any parking fees incurred must be reimbursed by the client.

⦁Step 1: Start by washing the face with warm water and a gentle soap. Baby wash, shampoo, or a mild face wash works best. Be careful around the eyes. You can use a soft washcloth to gently scrub, or simply use your fingers.

⦁Step 2: If any paint remains, apply a small amount of oil (baby oil, coconut oil, or olive oil) to a cotton pad or ball and gently rub the areas with stubborn colors. The oil helps lift the pigments, removing the paint effectively.

We use only professional-grade, FDA-compliant face paints that are specifically designed for use on the skin. These are more like water-activated makeup than traditional paint.

A 25%-35% booking fee is required to reserve your date and is non-refundable. Once your date is approved, we will email you the Service Agreement along with instructions for submitting your booking fee.

Your event is officially confirmed once the booking fee is received. At that time, we will assign the artist(s) for your event and confirm all details with you.

To cancel, the client must notify us via message or email and receive confirmation that the cancellation has been acknowledged. If the cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, the client is responsible for the full contract amount.

The booking fee is fully refundable if the client provides at least 30 days’ notice prior to the event. If the client cancels the face painting service less than 30 days before the scheduled event, a cancellation fee of 45% of the remaining balance (after applying the booking fee toward the total cost) will be due.

For last-minute bookings, made within 1 to 7 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather. Clients are advised to plan accordingly when booking entertainers for outdoor events. It is highly recommended to have an alternate indoor location or contingency plan in case of rain.

In the case of postponement, we will work with you to accommodate an alternate date; however, due to other bookings and commitments, availability may be limited.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Square, and Cash App for your convenience.
